Relaxation; meditation and EFT

I have spent 15 years personally doing yoga; meditation and mindfulness.

In my experience, I have found the benefits of yoga; breath work and meditation invaluable for a lot of my clients over the years. There are many different forms of meditation, and I utilise them relative to each individual as needed.

I have been trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which I find very interesting as it works along the meridian lines of the body. These points are acupressure points akin to acupuncture points. EFT is regarded as the psychological version of acupuncture.

EFT focuses on the belief that: The cause of negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. Talking about stressful issues activates the fight or flight response. Tapping (EFT) switches off the fight or flight response. We can disconnect the emotional charge from the memories. I am happy to discuss this further if interested.
