I specialise in working with Golfers, but also work with many other clients. I finished my Physiotherapy practice in April 2022 and gained a qualification in Personal Training. I have the extensive knowledge of a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist plus the skills of a Personal Trainer. This gives me the ability to give my clients a very holistic programme, to get the best individual results.

In this day and age, social media is ever present and people take exercises and sessions from social media influencers. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, these influencers have no qualifications; they give inappropriate information; and show incorrect movements. These have the potential to cause injury, and quite often do. 

I believe knowledge gives you a firm understanding, and from there you become more empowered and can utilise this in day-to-day activities. For example knowing how to execute a proper Squat can transfer across to initiating the down swing of the golf swing, or lifting an item from the floor.

Form and Technique is very important in Personal Training. My priority is to ensure form is always appropriate and my clients have a full understanding of why they are doing a movement and the benefits to it.

Working with me will give you the support you need to get your workout in and understand the reason as to why you are completing them. When required,  we will look at diet and where you are at with what works for you, in a general advice way.
